Holiday Cranberry Sauce
You need to have one of these just in case you are asked.  Canned cranberries are simply not permitted.  It is a compilation of several recipes.
1 lb fresh cran berries
1.5 c sugar
1c  water
1 whole orange
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 c crushed pineapple, drained
seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 chopped walnuts (optional)
ground cinnamon

Wash cranberries.

In a pot place water and sugar and bring it to a boil.  When boiling, add clean cranberries and cloves.  Remove orange portion of orange skin (leaving the yellowish part of the skin) Set orange portion aside.  Trim he yellowish skin from the orange, or pull the segments free if they will come easily. Chop up orange flesh and add it and orange portion of skin (also chopped) to cranberry mixture.  Simmer on high until the berries pop and begin to lose their juice.  Add pineapple, grapes, walnuts and cinnamon.  Blend it, cool it and serve it.
