Fresh Fruit
Fresh fruit is a light, healthy finish to an elaborate dinner, and goes well with many dessert wines.  This simple recipe adds elegance to the dish.
Clean and quarter a firm fruit like:
Pears
Peaches
Apples
Apricots (halve them)
Nectarines
etc.

Arrange them on a plate and drizzle good balsamic vinegar on them.  Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and shaved parmesian.
